Returns
Please email contact@rustandroe.co.uk to book any returns. These must be made and returned within 30 days, it is the customers responsibility to cover the cost of postage. Items must be in the condition they were received.
We are only human and If evidence is supplied regarding a faulty item a return label with postage covered will be supplied. If at a later date the item is found not to be faulty the postage cost will be subtracted from the refund.
